Bright ski in / ski out studio suite. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Parking spot for one vehicle. Located right behind the new skating rink. Steps away from the main village. Access to golf, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. This studio suite has its own entrance, wifi and cable tv. The Murphy wall bed is queen size, and two more people will fit on the roll out couch/day bed. Guest can cook their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and let the dishwasher do the clean up. This includes: Microwave, Stove/Oven, Double sink, Full size fridge, and tea/coffee is included. No Smoking and no pets allowed. Sorry No hot tub during the summer and fall months !

Cozy stay in a superb location

Cozy and convenient

We had a lovely stay in this cozy and comfortable studio suite. There were lots of thoughtful touches and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and the beautiful lights.

Great Location

Three in our party, comfortable space, hot tub is a bonus. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. Easy ski in and ski out. Would definitely book again.

Clean, well priced and located close to main village. Had problems receiving check in instructions through VRBO site but was able to connect host by phone and receive instructions by messaging

Perfect for two serious skiers

It’s a small, efficient, clean unit. There are some great perks like heated kitchen and bathroom floors, a kitchen with everything you could need, great proximity to the ski hill and a clean, comfortable HOT tub with an easy to use cover. The decorating is cozy. The beds comfy with extra pillows and blankets. You can ski right to the door of the unit and it’s a very short walk to the slopes. Quarters are close as it’s only one room plus the bathroom but that worked great for us. The hosts are nice, friendly people and were very responsive and helpful to our couple of questions. We would definitely recommend and will rebook next time we’re heading to Sun Peaks.

Stayed 3 nights to do some skiing. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. We did enjoy the hot tub and outdoor lighting. Easy 3 min walk into the village.

Enjoyable Stay

Great ski in/out spot right in the village. Perfect for two people, but could fit four. Walking distance to restaurants and the ice rink. FYI - the unit is located via the rear of the building. You’ll need to walk around the back side after parking.

A delightful studio with ample space and all the amenities - including a dishwasher. The hot-tub was great! The linens were very nice as was the bed. Very happy overall!

Perfect ski getaway

Enjoyed every moment of my stay in Sun Peaks. This unit is accurately described, clean and comfortable, and well appointed. Great location, convenient to the village. I skied three full days and truly appreciated coming back to a home with heated floors and a hot tub. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental and I hope to return.

Grandson's first ski trip.

I It was perfect . The suite was just the right size for the 3 of us . The beds were very comfortable.The unit was well supplied with everything we needed. The complex had other kids around so a big bonus for the grandson! Easy walk to the village . Easy walk up the trail to ski to the village & ski back to the condo. Loved it, Gramma :)

Cozy getaway

My son and I loved staying here. It was perfect for us. Unit is fully stocked with spices and kitchen needs, you could easily cook a turkey dinner! Mattress and pillows were comfortable, had some games to play, felt just like a home away from home. We didnt have any problems with building noise. It was quite quiet for us. Unit faces the trees, so you have a private view, not looking into someone elses place. My son and I snowboard, so it was a quick 3ish minute walk to the hard turn in gentle giant. If you ski, it would be a true ski in, ski out. Very convenient location. Would love to stay again.
