These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

LOCATION: Metro Park by Roami is a charming property located in the heart of Miami's vibrant urban community. You'll have easy access to all of the city's top attractions, including the Wynwood Walls, Little Havana, and the Miami Riverwalk. Just a short distance from some of the city's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues, making it easy to enjoy all that Miami has to offer.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BATHROOM: All 7 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

PARKING: Avoid parking in areas with 'No Parking' signs to prevent towing. Please use only designated spaces, particularly lifts suitable for compact cars. If you have a larger vehicle, consider utilizing street parking. Parking in restricted areas is at your own risk; the company is not liable for any damages incurred.

AREA: The approximate unit size for each unit is 500 square feet.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Interaction with Guests:
We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.
