Bear Hollow Lodges 4203 is a 3-bedroom Park City home brimming with cozy cabin vibes, making it the perfect place to call home in the mountains. The charming Bear Hollow community keeps you close to everything you travel to this gorgeous mountain city to enjoy— including hiking trails, bike paths, ski slopes, and delicious local dining— while also giving you access to amazing extras like a huge hot tub and a seasonal swimming pool.
The LIVING SPACE at Bear Hollow Lodges 4203 has a warm and inviting design, with a spacious sectional sofa and a tiled corner fireplace. Mounted over the flames is a huge 65-inch HDTV complete with local cable TV, Apple TV, PS3, BluRay, and a Sonos sound system, so you can look forward to fun family nights in front of the fire. Outside through the sliding doors is a covered PATIO with a gas grill and a Big Green Egg BBQ.
Next to the living area is a large, granite-topped island with bar stool seating that leads into the open KITCHEN. Complete with a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher, this chef-worthy space has elegant wood cabinetry and tons of counter space. There’s also a Keurig coffee maker for brewing the perfect cup of morning joe before hitting the ski slopes.
In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, you’ll find a sumptuous queen-size bed and a small desk space. The ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM features a step-in glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity sink area, and a separate soaking tub. The SECOND BEDROOM includes a queen-size bed, while the THIRD BEDROOM is a bunk room with a twin-over-full-size bunk as well as a twin-over-twin-size bunk— so there’s sleeping space for five. Each bedroom has its very own HDTV.
This accommodating condominium also has a LAUNDRY closet with a stacked Samsung washer and dryer and another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $50.
