This unique, tranquil and fully self-contained getaway waterfront property is ideally west-facing, right on Lower Rideau Lake that gives the best sunset views you'll ever see!
YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE GROUND FLOOR TO YOURSELF which has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation and recreation, along with all the comforts and conveniences of a home that can be enjoyed any time of the year.
The space
Lots of parking in the circular driveway. Enter through the main entrance using keypad and go directly down the stairs to the lower unit. This is its own contained apartment.

Enjoy the surrounding shared spaces which include: property, dock, waterfront, fire pits, bbq, patio & walkout.
Relax in the Fully Screened in Porch and the complete west side of the property facing the water.
Other things to note
This large lake house has two units in it all self containing. The upstairs is not for rent, but if you would like to rent the whole cottage the price is much more expensive than the listing price and we would have to make arrangements for special request. The portion of the lake house you would be getting in the listing is 1500SQFt
