About this property

Well-equipped holiday home, ideal for 4/5 people, with a terrace to enjoy the sun, rest, eat outside, grill ... The beach is a few minutes walk. Two bikes are available for you to ride around. The residence is quiet, at the foot of the La Clape nature reserve, with pedestrian walkways and parking space, it has small local shops. The city center, with shops and entertainment, is around 500 meters away. Many excursions in the surroundings.

Super séjour à Narbonne-plage

Maison parfaite pour passer de bons moments en famille. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Elle est proche des commerces et de la plage. Les propriétaires font tout leur possible pour rendre le séjour agréable!. Je recommande cette location! Cindy P.

TOUT EST BIEN PENSE

La maison est petite mais très agréable car tout est bien organisé: rangements nombreux, frigo, congélateur suffisamment grands, four, micro-onde,... La maison est très bien équipée et bien située: proche de la mer et des commerces dans quartier résidentiel calme et familial

Nous sommes allé en famille avec nos 3 enfants, et nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit appartement très pratique et fonctionnel, qui a tout pour plaire et passer de bonnes vacances, sa terrasse avec son grill, son salon/cuisine très pratique, avec sa machine à lessive que nous la mettions en marche presque chaque jour après le retour de la plage, nous avons cuisiné également tous les jours, et avoir un lave-vaisselle c’est super, la plage à 10 minutes à pied, en plus Martine la propriétaire est très accueillante et sympathique. Je recommande vraiment cette adresse, vous serez surpris en bien. M.Mangjuki Suisse

Très jolie, propre, bien situé! On a passé un agréable séjour à Narbonne-Plage en basse saison!

J’ai passé une semaine avec ma mère et ma grand mère ici et nous étions complètement content! Ich war mit meiner Oma und meiner Mama in Narbonne-Plage und es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt (in der Nebensaison Anfang Oktober; trotzdem hatten wir tolles Wetter und es war nicht so voll.) man kann wahnsinnig viel besichtigen, an den Strand gehen, Fahrrad fahren (Fahrräder sind vorhanden) oder einfach nur auf der Terasse sitzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war für 3 Leute perfekt, auch wenn sie nicht groß ist. Wann war alles da, was man brauchte, auch zum Kochen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.und auch mit der Vermieterin hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes, kleines Haus, toller Urlaub

Wir waren Anfang September für 1 Woche Narbonne-Plage. Das kleine Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns am Tag der Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen.

Très agréable séjour en août.

La maison est très agréable , bien située, à 5 mn à pieds de la plage . Très bien équipée , il n'y manque rien. Nous avons apprécié les suggestions laissées par les propriétaires pour visiter la région. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir utiliser les vélos disponibles à la maison. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wohlfühlhäuschen

Wir waren überrascht über die Größe des Hauses. Es war sehr geschickt und außerdem auch gemütlich eingerichtet, zu dritt hatten wir ausreichend Platz! Alles war sehr sauber und die nette Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Tipps versorgt.Es war sehr angenehm, dass wir uns vor Ort und auch in den E-mails auf Deutsch verständigen konnten. Im Kühlschrank stand kaltes Wasser und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit. Das Haus ist ein toller Ort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder auch einfach nur faule Strandtage. Eine Woche war fast zu kurz. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus, sehr empfehlenswert !

Wir waren Anfang Juni 2018 in Narbonne-Plage (zum zweiten Mal) und durften das schmucke Häuschen mieten. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuverlässig. Man konnte sich auch auf Deutsch sehr gut unterhalten(auch per Mail)! Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich kurz, es war (wahrscheinlich auch wegen der Vorsaison) sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind ebenfalls interessant. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus/ die Wohnung nur empfehlen !!!

Klein, aber fein!

Das Reihenhäuschen war alles in allem gut ausgestattet. Mme Seguy, die uns nicht selbst empfangen und einweisen konnte, hatte alles bestens vorbereitet. Mit Blick auf die Nachsaison war es verständlicherweise im Viertel und auch im Ort selbst recht ruhig. Erfreulicherweise hatte der kleine SPAR-Laden praktisch rund um die Uhr offen. Am Schluss der Woche konnten wir auch die nette Vermieterin kurz kennenlernen.

Très agréable séjour

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis de manière sympathique par les propriétaires qui nous ont donné de bons conseils pour les visites. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location très bien située, au calme et à deux pas de la plage.

Coup de coeur à Narbonne-Plage / Eine schöne Überraschung

Ein freundlicher Empfang von Madame Séguy in einem kleinen und sehr schön eingerichteten Häuschen. Alles ist in einem guten Zustand und funktioniert bestens. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und wir schliefen bestens. Wir haben unsere Ferien in dieser tollen Gegend mit zahlreichen Ausflügen genossen. Wir sind mit den beiden zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern zum Markt in Saint-Pierre gefahren und waren in fünf Minuten zu Fuss an dem schönen Strand. Gleich um die Ecke befinden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Pizzeria und eine kleine Bäckerei. Es empfiehlt sich, das Städtchen Gruissan mit seinen Salinen und die La Clape Gegend mit dem guten Wein zu entdecken. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder! Perfect little house for a sunny beach stay

This is a very comfortable and clean holiday home with everything you need. It's less from 5 minutes from a large, sandy beach, and also close to shops and the best boulangerie in town. There is a parking space, and it was really useful to have the use of 2 bikes for cycling to the market in St-Pierre-La-Mer (15-20mins) and to beautiful Gruissan (60-90mins depending on the route). The lounge/diner/kitchen area is small but well laid out - so a good size for the 2 of us, and with enough dining seating for 2 more. The kitchen is newly fitted and has everything you need for cooking, baking, eating and drinking.There is a small patio area out front, also with seating for 4, which gets the evening sun, with no traffic to worry about as this is a complex of holiday homes that is largely pedestrianised. The shower works well (although a little mopping afterwards was necessary) and there is a separate toilet - all clean and comfortable. We only used the main bedroom, which is a little small but with plenty of cupboard and drawer space and a very comfortable bed. The pillows are more like large cushions, but most people I think drive from Germany or elsewhere in France and take their own bedding and towels. We paid a small supplement for bed linen and towels. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has bunkbeds and also seems comfortable. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and showed us how everything worked and where everything was.
