The Ocean Central Kilcunda
Escape the city at The Ocean Central, with a stunning vista across Kilcunda Coastal Reserve, this house is uniquely central to Inverloch (20 minutes drive), Phillip Island (10 minutes drive), Wilson promontory national park (1 hour), the wine region of mornington peninsula ( (1 hours+ drive).
Nestled in a private street, The Ocean Central is an easy 2 minute walk to the ocean front beaches, skate & kids park, bike & walk trails and onto the iconic Kilcunda Trestle Bridge. The house is newly furnished with comfortable new beds and 3 of the bedrooms have its own spilt system heating/cooling. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - all linen and towels are provided.
Downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, laundry and second TV living area. The garden is fully enclosed for pets with a dog door to enclosed converted garage space (parking in the garage is not possible) there is a large driveway for multiple cars and/or boats (caravans or tents are not permitted at the property at any time)
Upstairs is the kitchen, dining, living area with a wood heater and the master bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs is wrapped around by a generous deck for outdoor dining and watching the beautiful sunsets.

This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is registered as short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. We are available by phone and email. Office hours are 9am -5pm for and we regularly check emails and messages after hours.
Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam/junk folder for information and instructions about your booking. Christmas week and January is a 3pm check in only.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
