This renovated 70's A-frame cabin has a cozy warm vibe with a modern interior. Updated kitchen & bath, new wood stove and plenty of skylights throughout. Pet friendly. Located in the gated community of Snowline in Glacier WA. A great base for year round activities in the Mount Baker area in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Something for everyone- hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, fishing, strolls through the woods or just lounging around.

Cozy stay with access to so much!

Absolutely adorable cabin. We outfitted kitchen with great access to the San Juan Islands and Mt. Baker. The host is fantastic. Definitely made our stay a great one.

Great place to stay near Mt. Baker!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our six-day stay. We went on several hikes in the area and we were able to get to the trailheads in just a few minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone!!

Great place to stay for Baker

This house is great. It has everything you need. It is very clean and well taken care of. The owners are quick to respond. This is our second stay and we would stay next year again.

Amazing little escape!

This cabin was a dream. Lisa was wonderful and her cabin was so clean and organized. Absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a litte get-away in the mount baker area. There’s also an AMAZING pizza place within walking distance called Chair 9!

Great winter getaway

The A-frame was a wonderful, cozy little cabin in the Snow line community in Glacier. The cabin was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen, linens, etc. The owner was responsive to my questions before we went and there were absolutely no problems while we were there. The checkout procedures were simple and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect honeymoon stay

My husband and I stayed here during our wedding weekend, and it was perfect! It was the cutest little cabin. We only wish we were able to spend more time here! The space was the perfect cabin in the woods aesthetic, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was my absolute favorite; everything was so modern! We only wish we had taken the time to figure out how the wood stove worked because we were freezing for the short time we were actually in the cabin, but we were too tired to figure it out.

Fantastic

This is a awesome VRBO. Only a short drive to Mt Baker and a perfect midpoint for our Ski to Sea race logistics. The house is well organized, clean, and has all of the creature comforts of my own home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I certainly plan on staying here again, hopefully during ski season next time.

This cozy A frame was super cute, super clean and had a super well stocked kitchen. The wood stove worked great with plenty of firewood and great instructions on how to effectively use it. If it wasn’t for all of the fun snow activities within a short distance from the cabin we wouldn’t have left it (and would have been perfectly happy).

Lovely Mt. Baker Cabin!

This was my second stay at this cozy cabin, and it was as lovely as I remembered. The cabin had everything we needed for a great ski weekend, and is in a great location for getting up to the mountain and for enjoying the scenery and trails near Glacier.

Beautiful Autumn Getaway

Originally planned for summer vacation but had to change due to school schedule changes, and settled on for Oct weekend vacation. It turns out we are pleasantly surprised in how beautiful autumn color is in the area and the community grounds!

Love, love, love

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Lisa sent great instructions ahead of our stay about accessing the community and the house, and was responsive to our questions during our stay. The house, located in an enchanting gated community, was very cozy and well organized maximizing all the space. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, baking dishes, and cooking utensils for cooking in. In addition to the coffee pot there is a water kettle for those of us who are tea drinkers. The location was just perfect for a number of the hikes on our short list (Heliotrope and Artist's Point), and it is a relatively easy distance to Diablo Lake. It was perfect for staying in and for getting out. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Mt. Baker!

Blissfully relaxing, clean and safe.

The Nookshack was clean, well appointed, and had every amenity described in the listing. Our family had a wonderful time! The community around the cabin is friendly and feels extremely safe. My 8 year old loved swimming in the pool and making friends with fellow vacationers. She was especially enchanted by the neighbor a couple of cabins down who feeds the bunnies and a curious young deer who came out of the woods to sniff our car. We found the countryside around the cabin to be breathtakingly beautiful. I cannot recommend the Heliotrope trail highly enough! If your small family has kids or dogs, this is the place for you. The fully enclosed front porch makes it simple to keep them contained while still enjoying the outdoors. Really, I cannot recommend the Nookshack highly enough.

Beautiful, calming mountain getaway

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at this cozy & modern a-frame. Lisa was a fantastic host with clear communication. The cabin is incredibly dreamy and a great place to recharge— highly recommend!

Lovely private wooded Aframe

This is a most charming spot. It felt private yet close to the little town of Glacier. We had everything we needed to stay warm and cozy. It’s very clean and the bed was so comfortable.. The owners are very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing getaway

This little a frame was everything we wanted,and more! Cozy and very clean inside. Nice little neighborhood to take a walk in. Close to the slopes, restaurants and a little store. The kitchen and bathroom are all updated and outfitted with new sinks, heated bathroom floor, shower, etc... The heat/woodburing stove work great. The cabin itself is a little slice of heaven, but the surrounding nature really steals the show. There are other cabins close by, but it is situated to where you still have privacy and still feel surrounded by nature. Perfect place to relax for your entire stay, or just as a beautiful respite in between time on the slopes, out mountain biking, or any of the amazing things Mt. Baker area has to offer. It's a beautiful little a frame cabin in the middle of the forest. What more could you want?

Perfect Mt. Baker Retreat

If this place wasn't booked up for months, I would go back in a heartbeat! It is a great location, close to Mt. Baker and town, while equally being an oasis if you just want to get away and chill. Everything was as advertised and then some. Comfortable property and thoughtful owners who make it easy to show up and enjoy. Plus, the price is fair. I recommend bringing a fire starter for the wood burning fire, however, to make it that much easier and effective. The entire visit was a treat and i feel lucky to have found this place and stay here. May you, too, enjoy your visit. Thank you!
