Cosy and Warm. Centrally located to all Invercargill has to offer.
This 2-bedroom unit is in a central location and is handy to the Windsor shops and across the road from the Northern Pub. It is a quiet warm unit with off street parking for one vehicle. The single two beds are King Singles. There is a washing machine, Fridge Freezer and Deep Freezer. There is a large Heat Pump in the unit so you will never be cold. This unit is a 10-15min walk to the central city and all Invercargill has to offer, such as the transport museums, Queens Park and E A Hayes (the home of Burt Munros' Fastest Indian Motorbike). Invercargill is the gate way to Stewart Island for a lovely day trip. We would be happy to negotiate down to a two-night stay for but there would be a cleaning charge of $100.

The property was short of some basic services - toaster, iron, and hair dryer.
Also there were dead birds at the back door, and despite an assurance they would be removed they remained there for the duration of our stay.
A great location, but overall disappointing.
Excellent location with a small shopping centre close by - handy when the grand children run out of sellotape for wrapping their Mother's Christmas present. Fully equipped unit with everything you may need. Comfortable furniture and bed.
Stayed for 5 days with my husband and his mum who is in her eighties. The house was warm with excellent mattresses, shower and washing machine. We were staying for 5 days so we were able to settle in and cook meals and entertain our children who popped in on Christmas Day. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub as advertised on the website. Also the duvet inner was a bit skimpy - okay for summer but not great in winter. Also, it was odd that the fridge was half full of someone else's food.
Overall, however, I would definitely stay here again as it was comfortable and tidy. Also it was close to Queens Park, my parents house, Windsor shops including pharmacy and supermarket. Thank you Leanne andStephen 😊
