-All guests are required to leave a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card on file for incidentals. The card will be pre-authorized in the amount of $100.00 for stays of less than seven nights and $250 for stays of seven nights or longer. After a departure inspection confirms no damage has been done to your unit, this security deposit will be released within 5-7 days of departure. Cash deposits are accepted but are refunded via check that can take up to 4-6 weeks from departure. Monthly stays require a $250 security deposit.
