Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation, an ideal complex for the whole family to enjoy a perfect vacation! This gated resort community offers a host of amenities, ensuring you have your own little paradise. At the entrance, a guard shack is available for you to obtain parking passes and any necessary information about the complex.

Within this beautiful and secure community, you'll find tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and several outdoor swimming pools. Additionally, there are multiple grill areas where you can enjoy a barbecue. Don't forget to visit the Sassy Bass restaurant for delightful dining. The complex provides access to private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and stunning landscaping, making it an excellent destination for family getaways. For golf enthusiasts, the renowned Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the fantastic Kiva Dunes Restaurant are conveniently located nearby.

Just a 15-minute drive away, you'll find a wealth of fantastic attractions and activities in Gulf Shores. Please note that boats are not allowed on the property.

This charming condo features a living area with a flat-screen TV, cable, and a DVD player. Step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a side view of the beach. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bunk beds. For your convenience, there's now an air mattress in place of the sleeper sofa, ensuring the same number of guests can be accommodated.

Additional Information:

Parking passes are required and must be purchased through a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Awesome condo

We had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was close to the beach and on the first floor. We don’t have any complaints and would stay here again.

Dirty and Dated Decor

Would never stay here again for the following reasons: I have pictures to document all of the following. Black mold/grime on both bathroom handles which looked very old. There were dirty stained throw pillows on the bed. The comforter was very dingy and dated. There was a large hole behind the toilet and writing on the wall that was left unpainted. The master bathroom medicine cabinet had a pill bottle and ziplock baggy with hair hanging off it with some type of ointment on it. The 2nd bedroom mattress was the worst mattress that I have ever slept on. There are no curtains on the window in that bedroom either so there is a blinding light over your head every night that comes from the outside hallway of this condo.

Good for a brief stay

Overall, the condo was nice. AC worked great and the bed was super comfortable. The only downside was trying to find our unit as the front gate man didn't want to help us and the sliding glass door was very hard to close. Other than that, it was great!

Great Beach Stay

Parking was available right next to the unit even on a holiday week. The boardwalk to the beach and the pools were just a few steps away. The air conditioning in the unit works great. There is some noise from the units above, but that is to be expected being on the first floor.

Renovations in progress

Loved the room, super comfy king size bed. The pool adjacent to our building was closed for repairing , but there are others on the property. Gulf Shores Plantation is our favorite in the Gulf Shore/Fort Morgan area. We’ve been several times and definitely plan to return soon.

Very nice

Check-in/out was simple. The room was nice. Close to beach/pool access. Room 2110 is bottom floor right by the pool and boardwalk. The room did have some exposed wires where the plug-in is in master bedroom, cable didn’t work in the bedrooms, and little things like the medicine cabinets and bathroom vents could have been cleaner. We never reported the wires or cable because it didn’t bother us as we were out of the room most of the time. Still nice and for the most part clean. We would go back.

Perfection

We couldn't have had a better experience. The check in process was easy and quick especially for after hours. Our condo was right at the end of the boardwalk to the beach and just next to the pools!! The AC worked amazingly and the u it was fully stocked with all we could have needed. The only suggestion I have being an VRBO host, make sure closets are fully accessible. Each closet has maintenance stuff and cleaning products. Very untidy and cluttered.

Plantation Dunes in Ft. Morgan

We had a wonderful time. Property management made everything easy and was very attentive to our needs. Plantation Dunes is a great family oriented facility close to the beach. The condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our family. Highly recommend Poole and Associates and the Plantation Dunes in Ft. Morgan!

Fun time for family

This is a decent place to stay and just steps from the beach boardwalk. The property was clean but needed some minor repairs. We booked last minute, and we were happy to find it. We felt very safe and there were many generational families staying and playing together.

Amazing ocean break!

We enjoyed our stay and the area significantly; we even extended our stay which the property managers made a seem less experience! The listing was accurate (and upfront about construction on the property). All staff we interacted with was professional and kind. We loved the property’s close proximity to the ocean and all other attractions the area had to offer.

Great 1st floor condo

I loved how close is was to the swimming pool but far enough away you couldn’t hear what was going on. It’s a 1st floor condo, which we loved! Rooms were spacious, kitchen was open with a separate coffee bar. Beds were comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay

Check in was very simple and quick. The condo is located in a secure location in the middle of fort Morgan so the location is also great. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable. I would say it needs updating. The entire complex is being updated so construction is always taking place. Communication with the property manager was never needed because everything was good. Would stay again…
