Perfect for a Cottage Getaway
We had an excellent stay at this property. Quiet location, good amenities and perfect as a cottage vacation. The sun room was a great spot to relax and read a book, the dock made swimming easy, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, very satisfied with the stay!

Beautiful Muskoka Getaway
This is an absolutely beautiful spot. Our only regret was not booking it for longer. It exceeded our expectations and the peaceful environment left us feeling completely refreshed. We would return to this rental in a heartbeat. The host communicated very well and every amenity was as advertised.

Great stay!
This place was very clean and very fun to stay at. The beds, the kitchen, and the bathrooms were all very clean. There was a great view of the river and the dock even had kayaks and a canoe with life jackets in all sizes for children, teens and adults! There was a forest trail nearby as well as an area for campfires. It was very enjoyable and there were even toys for the little ones! It was an overall amazing place and I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect fall weekend!
This cottage and property were so great! The cottage has such great beds and a great couch, was so clean. The property was what really blew us away with its beauty. Muskoka was really showing its colours this weekend. The river was gorgeous and we had a swim and thoroughly enjoyed canoeing on the peaceful river, in awe of the views and sitting in the chairs taking it all in. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cottage and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cottage is incredibly cozy, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. It was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. The living room was perfect for relaxing, with comfortable furniture. The location was also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to all resort amenities. The dock and the river being a favorite space for our family! Overall, I highly recommend this charming cottage to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. I can't wait to return for another visit!

As the cottage owners, we live and work in Windsor, Ontario and chose Muskoka, and specifically this portion of the river, as the perfect place to spend our free time. Our family loves fishing, swimming and canoeing from the big dock and I enjoy some reflective time with my yoga mat beside the river. To us it's the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. It's just the right size for a family (yours or chosen) to kick back, be yourselves and make memories.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for the right spot to settle in Muskoka and stumbled upon the community that exists along the Kawpakwakog River. It's the perfect blend of privacy, gorgeous scenery, wildlife and a vibrant waterfront.

What makes this property unique

While many of the homes and cottages along the river are situated well back from the river and towards the road, we were lucky to find a cottage that is directly at the river's edge. We're grateful every day to not only enjoy the view of the water from most of the rooms in the cottage but also the sounds of the river right out the front door. The huge riverside dock and lounge area is so versatile and welcoming. Offering enough space for any daytime swimming, fishing, sunbathing, working out to evening star gazing snuggled up in the lounge chairs under a pristine sky without any light pollution to obscure your view. Walk up a few steps and pull up a Muskoka chair around the landscaped fire-it area that is also beside the river. S'mores anyone?
