Interesting architecture, exciting décor, and all the comforts of home, not to mention it’s the ideal retreat for a wonderful vacation combined with remote work convenience - if needed. Nestled in a serene and central location, the condo offers a relaxing escape from the bustling city while still being conveniently close to all amenities. The surrounding architecture adds to the allure of the area, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay. Explore the nearby cafes that exude their own unique charm, perfect for enjoying a leisurely afternoon or catching up on some work with a delightful cup of coffee. - The SITTING AREA has a plush sofa and chairs facing a wall-mounted SMART TV, creating the ideal place for having relaxing downtime between outings. The open floor plan is enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass that provides an amazing backdrop with city views and allows lots of natural sunlight to permeate the space.
- Step through the sliding glass doors onto your PRIVATE BALCONY with outdoor seating to enjoy a beverage and people watch.
- A KITCHEN well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. The BREAKFAST BAR provides extra counter space for easy meal prep and chairs to enjoy a quick snack.
- The property has a water filter installed making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink.
- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 comfortably.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
