The pool is serviced weekly for optimal cleanliness and enjoyment. While swimming, you can still enjoy those canal views and saturated Cape Coral sunsets! The string lights strewn across the patio provide light and ambiance for swimming under the stars.

I enjoy fishing and boating. That is why Cape Coral is my favorite travel destination. Cape Coral houses the most canals in the entire world and is a hub for boaters, fishers, bikers, entertainment, amazing food, and some of the friendliest locals! I love being a host because it gives me the opportunity to share a town and a home that I value so much.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it's close to my favorite Cape Coral restaurants and beaches. It only takes 6 minutes to get downtown, but you can always come back to a peaceful neighborhood and escape the hustle and bustle.
What makes this property unique
This property is able to enjoy the best views of Cape Coral sunsets due to its western exposure. The large windows within the sunroom are always filled with natural light, and during sunset, the entire house is filled with a stunning orange/pink glow.
