This is a beautiful cabin in a lovely location. Very nice amenities, and the owner Jeff is extremely responsive to any questions. We all agreed we'd like to come back at some point.
Beautiful spot overlooking the mountains, back porch and yard are perfect. Eagles soaring, hummingbirds floating, Fox sliding by, birds everywhere. The offset smoker was fun to use, the gas grill was spot on. Much bigger than we expected, everything you need and more. Wish we were still there.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was rainy with low visibility our first two days, and sunny the third. The view of the range and tree line was amazing, even with the low visibility. To see the fog & clouds moving through the range was incredible, as it was in the full sun. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee with unobstructed views of the range from the porch, stocked with several rocking chairs and benches. There was a nice fire pit available as well, but it was too damp during our stay to take advantage of it. Next time.
At night, we hung out in the large upstairs living room playing board games and watching movies on their comfortable couches. If there was WiFi, we didn’t find it, but that was fine with me. The boys needed time away from their devices.
The owners were kind enough to stock the fridge with eggs, milk, OJ, English muffins, and butter. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook, as well as a toaster, Keurig and traditional coffee maker.
We were close to several attractions, including Flume Gorge and the Cannon Mt. Tram. I highly recommend both.
Would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. Kids loved the rustic cabin decor, we all loved the porch, fire pit, beautiful mountain views and large yard to play and run around. Host provided a great selection of breakfast foods and firewood which was a huge plus! Close to Santa’s Village and a few nearby spots to grab takeout. Very comfortable weekend away for the whole crew!
From booking through checkout the entire experience was at ease and wonderful. Property not only matched the listing but we felt much better. Spectacular views and house had plenty of room. Everyone in the group had nothing but positive experience and we will book again. The property manager was very good with the communication. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.
This home made it so easy to disconnect, and just be in the moment. We spent quality time with our kids, playing board games, ping pong and baseball in the huge front lawn. The view is amazing. Thank you for sharing this wonderful cabin.
If you are looking for a quiet New Hampshire getaway, this is your place. Everything about the experience was top-notch, including the communication with the owner (such a lovely welcome email and note in the cabin). We were not expecting the amazing welcome of English muffins, eggs, milk, OJ etc when we arrived (plus all the condiments you will need). We called it our "make your own bed and breakfast." =)
The cabin is spacious and immaculate. The property is at the end of the road and offers lots of privacy. The views are unrivaled. We played croquet and enjoyed an outdoor fire in the evening.
There's a little store at the end of the road for all your basics. Mt. Washington is nearby as are local breweries and a cute town.
We thank you for making this such a special weekend. 10/10 will be back!
My husband, myself and my in-laws had such a wonderful stay. The photos of this property were very nice, but in person you realize they don't do it justice. The home was noticeably well taken care of, views were breathtaking, yard was very well taken care of, and the host was very attentive to any questions and never took long to respond to any messages. This property made our stay that much more enjoyable and we look forward to staying at this beautiful property again.
Excellent communication with Jeffrey from start to finish. The cabin is great and the views are amazing. He has a nice spot and it’s very easy to get to. Book it.. you won’t regret it.
The log house was perfect! Warm, inviting, clean. The host Jeff was amazing, wrote a beautiful 'welcome' card as well as fresh breakfast items in the fridge! My fiancé and I had a wonderful nostalgic time playing board games! We will definitely be returning! 5 stars!
Jeff's cabin was an absolute pleasure to stay in, the view is incredible and the cabin was very cozy and clean. Definitely would go back again, thank you Jeff for creating such a great atmosphere and sharing it with the world. :)
Beautiful cabin in a great location! It had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, linens, etc) - it was such a sweet touch to leave us breakfast in the fridge! The property was absolutely stunning in the fall! The maple trees put on a great show of color, and the mountain view from the front porch was breathtaking! We spent every morning sipping coffee on the front porch taking in the view, and then enjoying the sunset in the evening from the porch or the fire pit. The antique decor and furniture were very fitting! Beautifully decorated - we especially loved the big family room upstairs, so cute and cozy. We are already looking to plan another trip back for another season. This cabin is perfectly secluded if you're looking for privacy, but also very close driving distance to all the spots you'll want to hit in the White Mountains. Highly recommend!!!
A very special cabin with lots of space and amenities. The owner, Jeff,
is a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful White Mountains.
This cabin was the most inviting, secluded, beautiful place with an unbelievable view out his porch then one could ask for. Had all the personal touches to make it feel right at home, and also to know the owner takes pride in his home and to make the guest feel very welcomed… All we can say, LOVED it❤️
Absolutely wonderful property. Well appointed kitchen, felt like home. Jeff has thought of everything. Love the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the garden.
Fantastic place. Been going to Twin Mountain for years and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. It has a million dollar of the twins. Immaculate; probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. Limited communication with Jeffery as it was problem free. He was very responsive when needed. Would rent again,
This cabin is excellent for relaxation and recreation! Hiking in the nearby Twin Mountains is awesome. We also dropped into Storyland which is about a half an hour away. The cabin was well furnished, immaculate, and very homey. Awesome!
I spent 4th of July weekend at the cabin with my grown kids. We had plenty of space in the kitchen and great room to hang out. There are 2 TVs connected to Direct TV, board games, books, movies, and a fire pit for entertainment while at home. Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are functional with plenty of water pressure and hot water in the showers. There is no wi fi, but we got by with a hot spot (Verizon signal is passable at the location). Essentials like sheets, towels, soap and paper products are provided. The breakfast food and bottled water left just for us was a special touch!
The property is close to Mt. Washington, Bretton Woods, and Crawford Notch. Franconia Notch is a short drive away.
Such a perfect spot for all ages. The beautiful decor will put a smile on your face, the kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the beds were comfortable and the kids had room to spread out! Thank you, Jeff for helping to make our vacation memorable.
