2nd floor: bedroom, combined laundry and bathroom

Parking:
Off street free parking is available from 9pm to 8am (opposite building). Most parking is via paid meter with a maximum stay of 3 hours. All day free street parking is available around Blair and neighboring Streets (North end of Bondi - approx 10 min walk, please let us know if you require specific details).

Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment with no interference, both lift/staircase access available in a secured building.

- Sunscreen is provided

Kitchen
- Cutlery and servingware are provided
- Cooking pots and pans are provided

Keys
- One Key set and security tag will be provided per stay unless requested before check-in (additional $30 drop off fee for extra key set after check-in)

One set of keys for the property will be situated in the secured letter box and lockbox codes will be given after you’re booking. In the event that a set of keys is lost, there is a $120.00 (AUD) fee payable to replace that set.

Other things to note
Wake up and soak in the sunrise with a morning swim with the locals, then grab a breakfast smoothie or coffee from one of the many neighbouring cafe’s and restaurants.

Take Sydney's best known coastal walk and the most spectacular with stunning coastal and ocean views. The 3.5km walk follows the coastline from Bondi Beach to Bronte Beach… a perfect way to start your day. Everyday!

- Coogee costal walk - for those who love to a scenic walk
Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is also very popular,
this walk takes 2 to 3 hours to complete (return journey)

Bondi Beach is the safest of the 3 local beaches and is patrolled by professional lifeguards (The famous Bondi Rescue lifeguards TV show)

Step out from the apartment and you are on the “IT” street in the heart of Bondi Beach… Gould Street has it all, Cafes, restaurants, gyms, boutique stores, nail/ hair salons and grocery stores located 5 mins walk in either direction. Everything is at your doorstep.
