The Space:
This cheerful condo is situated in the prime location of Roma Norte/Condesa, merely a stone's throw away from Parque Mexico and surrounded by the finest restaurants in the vicinity. Serene and safeguarded with round-the-clock security, this building dating back to the 1940s, boasts an art deco-influenced architecture that will captivate you from the very first glimpse.
There’s easy access to public transportation. It's worth mentioning that La Roma has undergone a transformation in recent years, attracting a young and creative crowd, which has contributed to its dynamic and cosmopolitan atmosphere. While the neighborhood is generally safe and enjoyable to explore, as with any urban area, it's essential to remain vigilant and take typical precautions to ensure a pleasant experience.

- The LIVING ROOM area has a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. This space has floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that let in lots of natural light.

- A well-equipped KITCHEN to prepare meals at home with important extras like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart.

Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.
