The simple design is immediately functional thanks to 2 inviting living zones (each with Smart TV), 2 pristine bathrooms and sleek open plan kitchen with everything you need to whip up something tasty. It will be hard to resist time spent on your own private balcony where you can watch the world go by whilst sipping delicious morning coffee sourced from one of the many local cafes.
Positioned right across from the water, you will have the best of the shops and eateries in town at your fingertips. And when it comes time to do some sight-seeing, you will love having Arthurs Seat lookout, Safety Beach and prestigious Martha Cove Marina less than 10 minutes from your door.

It will not be heated through the cooler months. Able to be used from November to April. This is a shared plunge pool with the apartment residence. Polite, respectful use of the facility is expected by our guests. There is two flights of steps to get to the pool
This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
