The fully equipped kitchen commits to a coastal feel, with timber benchtops, 600mm induction cooktop & oven, integrated dishwasher and full butlers pantry with a Delonghi coffee machine (nespresso pods), microwave and fridge/freezer. Dining will be appreciated both indoors and out, with multiple options for 10 guests adaptable to the changing seasons. The central upstairs living room flows onto the paved patio/bbq area, indulging in an oversized Sony smart TV, Sonos system, Rinnai heating and an abundance of sitting space.

Established gardens and multiple outdoor nooks offer ample space for family and friends to enjoy, with the scent of summer and sea air every present throughout your time spent here. Unarguably located in one of the most picturesque streets in Queenscliff, renowned for its low-key vibe and close proximity to everything, duly quiet and giving you the opportunity to “holiday like a local”.

1 x Bunk room with 4 single beds (one is a trundle bed). Please note, the top bunk is not suitable for an adult
