LIVING AREA(S)
This open-concept main-floor home features two lovely, cozy living areas perfect for gathering the whole family. The living area just off the entrance has a generous sectional and two stylish armchairs framing the 55" TCL wall-mounted smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps. The other living area off the kitchen and dining area offers additional seating: a plush sofa, two swivel chairs, and a wall-mounted 55" TCL smart TV. This room features a gorgeous custom sliding door, providing privacy and transforming the space into a secondary suite if needed.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked custom kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a top-of-the-line freestanding oven and six-burner stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a double-drawer dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for six and additional seating at the kitchen island, with a highchair available for the little ones.

Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our kitchen island for four.

BATHROOMS & BEDROOM - 1ST FLOOR
Take advantage of the convenient first-floor half bath adjacent to the kitchen. In addition, a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, toiletries, and extra clean towels are all accessible during your stay. A spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed is on the main floor, just off the second living area, transforming this space into a secondary suite.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
Four of the remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, as well as two full-size bathrooms.

Bedroom #2 is the primary bedroom with side-by-side queen beds topped with fresh, clean linens and bedding. The attached walk-in closet has plenty of storage for all your belongings, offering hangers, a laundry basket, an iron, and an ironing board. This gorgeous primary bedroom comprises a 43" wall-mount Roku smart TV, a bench, and nightstands. The ensuite has double vanities and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms come with fresh, clean towels and toiletries. Yet another full-size bathroom off the 2nd-floor hallway offers a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed, two nightstands, a charming nonworking fireplace original to the home, a wall-mounted smart TV, a traveling crib for the little traveler in the family, and a rocking chair. Bedroom #4 has a trundle with two single beds perfect for the teenagers in the family, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a bench. Lastly, bedroom #5 has a king-size bed, two nightstands, a charming nonworking fireplace, a wall-mounted smart TV, and double-door closets for all the storage needed.

LAUNDRY
Also, on the 2nd level, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, to make vacation laundry a breeze.

Step out the back door onto your private patio to soak in St. Louis's beautiful weather. Garage parking for two vehicles is ready, so finding a spot will be convenient.

The Neighborhood:
The Tower Grove East Neighborhood is a lovely south St. Louis City neighborhood rich in community spirit and architectural splendor. TGE is just east of Tower Grove Park and is one of the neighborhoods adjacent to the Grand South Grand area centered at Grand and Arsenal. Tower Grove East has a great hometown feel; it is common to run into neighbors you know at local shops and restaurants. We hope you will take some time to visit the Tower Grove East Neighborhood.

Close by, you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum. Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on "The Hill" nearby.

Access to major freeways is convenient for taking in a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium, visiting the arch and riverfront, stopping by beautiful Soulard, or visiting the Anheuser-Busch brewery for free samples!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

Great Property Near Tower Grove Park

This is a very unique property which met our every need. Beautifully renovated and furnished. Conveniently located near Tower Grove Park, The Grove, Forest Park, CWE and Downtown and easily accessible from St Louis and Jefferson Counties. Highly recommend.

Fabulous property

The place was very clean, absolutely beautiful inside! Everyone had room to spread out, the neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to many great places in St. Louis. I would highly recommend this property. We had a great time and we will stay here again next time we are in St. Louis.

Beautiful, updated property

We rented this beautiful property for the weekend while in town for a family event. The property itself is beautifully updated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. There's really only a couple of things I would point out to future renters that kept me from giving a 5 star review. There is a garage listed for the property but it's really not accesible unless you drive a very small compact car. Access is through a very narrow alleyway, that for most vehicles, makes it impossible to turn into. If you are a light sleeper, you will be awakened by sirens throughout the night. My guess is it is from ambulances as there is a hospital located not far away. Heavier curtains to help with soundproofing and decreasing the glow of streetlights would have been appreciated. We felt safe in this neighborhood and were only a few blocks from restaurants and shops.
