Hosting up to 9 guests per stay, this stunning villa style property will make you feel completely at home with its relaxed country style and abundance of space. Offering 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 lounge areas and 3 dining rooms, not to mention a stunning resort style inground pool and entertaining area, this property packs a great deal into one beautiful home.
The Space
Ideal for large families or multiple couples/friend groups there is space for everyone to spread out or be together. Spend hours relaxing in the outdoor areas which have been lovingly landscaped and designed to accommodate large get togethers. On the cool, South side of the property is a private, shaded 8-10 seat alfresco dining area with BBQ and views of the majestic gum trees just beyond the property; on the bright and sunny North side is another fully sheltered 8 seat alfresco dining setting. The pool is shaded by mature hedges, lined with sun lounges and additional seating, and illuminated by in-pool lighting to create a magical ambiance when taking a dip in the evening.
The interior is split across two levels with the lower consisting of the main living/dining/kitchen areas which conveniently connect on both sides to the outdoor alfresco areas. The kitchen is impressive to say the least, offering an abundance of bench space for preparing a feast and equipped with high-end appliances to meet your every need, overlooking a sizeable dining room boasting a 10-seater dining table. One bedroom is positioned downstairs, fully air-conditioned with a queen bed, ceiling fan and with its own entrance to the poolside pergola.
As well as a large laundry complete with second fridge. Downstairs is fully equipped for all weather conditions with both a log burning fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. Upstairs continues to impress with an additional 3 bedrooms, including a spacious master offering tranquil farming views and serviced by modern luxury bathroom and ensuite. Another large lounge area complete with board games, books and a large screen TV sits central to the bedrooms again with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for airflow. The upstairs lounge opens through large sliding doors onto a balcony offering spectacular open plains views to relax by in the evenings.
