Set across two levels, manicured gardens welcome you home and encourage alfresco dining under the sun. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep temperatures comfortable, while three full bathrooms, two living areas and space to work remotely adds to your convenience.
Perfectly positioned to soak up Mount Martha's laidback coastal vibe, this stunning home encourages gathering together in celebration or relaxation. Spread across two levels, you'll enjoy use of two living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs. Open plan living invites you to cook up meals in the sleek, modern kitchen with a central island for conversations with the cook. Dine inside or make your way out to the expansive backyard with undercover seating for an alfresco meal cooked on the BBQ. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach.

Downstairs, you’ll find a queen-size bedroom with balcony access for a sunny spot, and a single bedroom accompanied by a dedicated workspace to focus on work or study. The main bathroom is designed with ash-toned tilings, a tall rain shower and ample vanity storage, while adjacent to it is a deep egg-shaped bath for an indulgent soak. The upper floor reveals two other bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a full ensuite providing privacy and convenience. ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS EVERYTHING
We give this property 5 stars and would give 6 if we could. The reasons are as follows:- 1. The property is spotless, stylish and modern in every way. 2. Spacious outdoor area and facilities for BBQ and outdoor undercover deck area with an extending Vergola in one section. Ideal for group of people to congregate and enjoy the location 3. Great communication from our hosts on access, checking in and checking out and how to use applicances all excellent. 4. First class big screen TVs, the kitchen appliances are first class, the induction cooktop is very good, there are lots of plates, glasses etc - cater for any number of people. 5. The beds are very comfortable. 6. The 3 bathrooms on both floors are modern and beautifully appointed. There was a heated towel rack in the one we used that kept the towels beautifully warm. 7. There are two separate living areas, one upstairs with a fridge, coffee making facilities etc and a big screen TV, one downstairs with a top quality Samsung smart TV. 8. The views from the upstairs bedrooms at night. looking over the bay to the skyline of Melbourne high rise CBD is definitely worth viewing while lying in bed looking out !! 9. Loved the access from garage directly into the house too. Made packing and unpacking so much faster and easier. 10. The location is both central and quiet. You could not ask for a better location and the house itself is set well back from the roadway - the grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained. We will be back
