This wonderful 3 bedroom vacation town home is in the resort town of Bethany Beach and nestled in a quiet community with pool and tennis/pickle ball courts (included - no additional fees). This two story unit has living on the main floor with all seasons room and all three bedrooms upstairs. Easy access to the beach (bike, walk, seasonal trolley or drive). Down town Bethany Beach is just 8/10 of a mile. Close to stores and restaurants. No smoking. Dog Friendly!
