We loved everything about this property. The house was wonderful and comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a park directly across the street for walking. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Highly recommend!
The home is located across from Lake Bottom Park and had easy access to Fort Moore and area attractions. We cooked our meals and had the pots and utensils that we needed. The hosts were outstanding with checking on us and answering questions.
We really enjoyed our stay and the area was wonderful and peaceful so relaxing! And everything was right there in the area restaurants and fast food! The house was amazing and very spacious!
Listing was as described. Easy check-in process, good communication with hosts, great location across from a park and close to downtown/Ft Moore. Plenty of room to hang out and a good kitchen set up. Would definitely stay here again.
The location by the park was great for being able to just relax, but was also convenient to both Ft. Moore and downtown/uptown areas. The beds were comfortable and water pressure in the shower isnfantastic. The host was very accomodating and kind during our stay. Would stay again.
My only suggestions to other guests would be that you bring your own spices if you plan to cook as the house had only pepper, salt, cinnamon, and oil. Kitchen pans, utensils, dishes and so forth are well stocked to be able to cook though! Bring your own shampoos and soaps, there are only 1 of each in a tiny hotel size bottle (we were a party of 5 for 5 days/4 nights). Also, bring socks or slippers if you get cold feet...the hardwoods are older and beautiful, but they can get chilly and tough on the feet.
Tip: There is no grill on property, but there is one across the street in the park, which we utilized.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home was super clean and deliciously cooled upon our arrival. Everything was supplied that we could possibly need. Wish there had been time to explore the beautiful park across the street, however weather didn't allow for the one day where there was time and we had to leave the next morning. Would definitely return should we have a need to be in Columbus again!
Charming historic home in a great location. Check-in and communication with the owners was easy. Loved being able to walk out to the park and take a jog or walk the dog. Very short drive to downtown and charming restaurants nearby. Would love to stay again if ever back in Columbus.
We really enjoyed our stay in the On Park House. We had plenty of room and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in area. The house is close to a lot of really great restaurants. We enjoyed swinging on the front porch at night!
