Welcome to Water Haus at River Road Escapes, a comfortable and cozy riverfront cabin located on the Guadalupe River just outside New Braunfels, Texas. This spacious and family-friendly vacation home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable getaway or even a quick vacation.

Situated on a scenic drive down historic River Road, Water Haus offers a natural setting with direct river access. The Guadalupe River is LITERALLY a stone’s throw away!

Water Haus features 3 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with queen size beds and a large bunk room with 4 bunk beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for an additional 8 guests. The entire home sleeps 12 people. The home also has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room that is light and bright!

A large deck off the living area offers a picturesque view of the river, while a grassy area on the side of the home offers additional seating. This home is a fan favorite for it’s cool vibe – you won’t want to leave!

Barbecue in the back yard, play some corn hole, or simply laze in the hammock while enjoying your peaceful surroundings. Relax with your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the river, where you might even spot some ducks or cranes swooping over the river!

Parking is available for up to three vehicles on-site, with additional overflow parking just a block away for a small fee. We have Tubing Outfitters located nearby to arrange a shuttle during the warmer months. Or come in the off season to just enjoy the beauty of nature.

This location provides a balance between a less crowded atmosphere and excellent tubing and swimming opportunities.
