Location, comfort, ease! This home offers convenience AND comfort. It's a spacious two bedroom located just 1 mile from Sunken Meadow Beach and Cooks Brook Beach. 2 miles to the ocean beach. Close to Eastham events, Orleans attractions and the sweet town of Wellfleet.

Welcome to the quiet ease, take off your shoes put up your feet, get comfortable in this sweet home. It's lovingly decorated for a unique Cape style vacation. Close to amenities, shopping, mini golf, sunsets, walks. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room. Great place to unwind, watch birds, turkeys, occasionally deer. There's an outside shower, with a deck.

The first floor has the primary bedroom, large living/dining area, and a bathroom. The second floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds and the second full bathroom.

Relax and unwind in the comfortable home, or go outdoors. There is a lovely screened porch and a patio, with a large yard, perfect for grilling, cocktails in the evening, playing ball with the kids. It's a clean home, full of love and charm.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request. Shorter off-season stays considered.
