About this property

Renovated self-catering unit provides a relaxing retreat on Lake Montauk. This unit we call Navy Beach comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, large screen TVs, air conditioning throughout bedroom and living room area, access to private lake beach as well as kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy a summer on the water! Dine outside on outdoor deck space or in lighted area complete with gas grill and seating. Guests can enjoy a common seating area with Adirondacks and lounge chairs and fire pit near the lake. Navy Beach is one of four units on the property at 71 East Lake Drive.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Please note that there is a grass path from the parking spot to the deck and one step up to the deck.

Great stay in montauk!

Everything was very clean, orderly, and exactly how it was depicted online! The check in process was smooth, and Kelly even provided a kind note and cookies!

Great stay in Montauk

Had a great weekend getaway perfect for any couple! Beautiful sunsets, gorgeous beaches and a wonderful apartment with everything you could ask for including a fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and a comfortable bed. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fantastic location/ relaxing holiday weekend

Really enjoyed our stay for four nights over the holiday weekend. Hosts Kelly and her husband are welcoming and very responsive. Place is spotless, well designed and decorated. Right on the lake so very relaxing, yet just a short drive to town. Very close to crows nest the famous restaurant and hangout spot. Highly recommend and we look forward to going back soon!

Lovely Clean Perfect!

My cousin and I, two older ladies wanted a weekend away in Montauk. This was the perfect setting right on Montauk Lake. We did all the touristy things and ate at beautiful restaurants. Yes, we would stay here again.

A perfect gem in Montauk!

The sweet little cottages here are perfectly located, extremely comfortable, and priced right for what you get (which is a bargain in itself in Montauk). Kelly couldn't have been more responsive or accommodating. In short, consider Duffy's for a lovely stay at a lovely place hosted by lovely people!

Lovely spot on the lake at Montauk

This unit at Duffy’s was lovely - had everything you need for a couple, well stocked kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The fire pit and location on the lake was great - amazing sunsets!

Wonderful Trip!

Kelly and Rick were amazing hosts! We celebrated a birthday and they left a personalized card. They were extremely friendly on property. The property had everything you could possibly need! We will happily stay here again!

Modern and clean, lovely place, lovely owners

The studio is very clean, new, and comfortable, and the property has a fire pit by the water for sunset and marshmallows, kayaks, SUP, and a friendly duck. We truly enjoyed staying there. The owners are on top of it, always accessible by phone, and took the time to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, especially for our 5-yr old. We plan on staying here again.

Mother Daughter Getaway

We absolutely loved this property. Easy food shopping at IGA for breakfast and lunch in unit. Everything needed for a trip to the beach provided and the beach was so close. We loved this for a few days and quality mother daughter time. Kelly was so easy to connect with on questions.

Peace and quiet

Kelly and Rick’s property is amazing! It is immaculate and well appointed. It’s a cozy place with everything you need. It’s close to everything you could want to do in Montauk. It absolutely lives up to it’s listing. I hope to come back in the spring. Book this property…you’ll be very glad you did!

Home away from home!

This is our second time staying here and we love it!! One of the most comfortable and well appointed VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It’s all there for you to just come and relax or have fun on/by the water… a campfire set up next to the lake, kayaks available to borrow, beach chairs, a full grill with picnic table, etc. are all there and available to use. Inside you’ll find the kitchen has everything you might need, small laundry with starter detergent, beach towels and even a cooler to take along! Kelly and Rick really know how to make people feel welcomed… we will definitely be back!

Great little studio cottage for a short getaway in Montauk. Everything is great. I give it 4 stars because it is right on the road so traffic noise is very noticeable.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and everything about the place was perfect. We felt very at home when walking in, it was spotless and the decor was beautiful. We will most definitely be back, and would recommend to anyone!

This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights! Very clean and great location - 5 minute drive to town, and very fairly priced, great value. I would recommend to others as well as consider for my next stay in Montauk!

Great not too out of the way bungalow

Very comfortable unit and beautiful location near the lake. Not ideal if you prefer to walk or hike, but we were able to make it work.

Clean and Cozy

We loved our little bungalow by the lake. It was extremely clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable. A sweet little note with a bag of cookies was a thoughtful nice touch. The only drawback was that we were in the unit closest to the road and at such an angle that the lights would shine through and we could hear the cars pretty loudly since it was close to the road. There were other units closer to the lake that seemed empty. I would highly recommend this place but try to get the units closer to the lake.

Perfect Weekend

We loved this property! Well appointed with everything we needed, extremely clean and great location. Really enjoyed the lake and the beach. The owners provided many extras, such as SUPs, kayaks, firewood, beach gear and parking pass. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Super clean and cute!

Navy Beach was perfect! It was super clean and decor was adorable. Perfect size for 2 people. Kitchen had all the amenities you could want or need. The location is perfect, too. 5-10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be in Montauk. Definitely would stay here again/recommend to friends!

Wonderful!

This rental was absolutely perfect for us. We were in Montauk for a wedding and only wish we could have taken advantage of all that Kelly and Rick's place had to offer.
