This place is truly unique, with everything you need for a luxury beach holiday.
Beautiful view over Kapiti Island in one direction and a glistening private pool in the other.
Perfect place to spend the summer, lazing by the pool or at the beach, followed by a hot spa or sauna.
Fully fenced section so you can bring your dog.
All of this only a 40 minute train ride or half hour drive to Wellington. 10 minute walk to the station or village with an excellent cafe scene.

Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and two lounges. Private fully fenced back garden.
An easy walk 3 minute walk through the park across the road gets you to a safe swimming beach.
