I am a mother of 3 adult children and two furbabies. I grew up in country Victoria but have lived in Melbourne most of my adult life. I am very much a people person and enjoy connecting with my guests to make their stay a 5 star experience. I have a passion for travel, which I have done extensively and enjoying life to the fullest.
Why they chose this property
Travancore is full of charm and character. It has streets lined with Elm trees and period homes. It's a great location that feels like your lost in a green leafy suburb although you're only 7 minutes from the City and only 12 minutes to the international airport.
The Melbourne bike trail also trails through Travancore if you want to safely get around with a bike.
The Zoo is in the adjacent suburb in Parkville with one of Melbourne's only inner city natural vegetation parks.
The tram stop is also conveniently on Mt Alexander road that comes right past Travancore for all the public transport lovers and a train stop near by too.
For the dog lovers there is has a huge off lead dog park too.
This little gem of a suburb is so close to the CBD. Perfect if you want an inner city lifestyle but still feel like your living in the leafy suburbs.
