One of a kind New Muskoka cottage on baylake with Hot tub/Spa!
Relax with the whole family at our amazing cottage with Hot tub/Spa. Whole day sun exposure cottage right on lakefront with crystal clear water for swimming, kayaking, boating, with fishing right off the docks and exclusive private shallow entry beach on the property. One canoe and two kayaks, Paddle board, pedal boat, are available for guests use.
The space
Ours is a modern new cottage ( built 2023) on beautiful spring-fed Baylake ( natural shoreline with sand beach area and clean waters is just 45 ft from house). Property has 4 big size bedrooms (including 1 in adjoining cabin/bunkie ), three full washroom with hot and cold standing rain showers, living and dining with cathedral and high ceilings and stocked modern kitchen with full list of appliances for guest conveniences.
Guest Access: Third washroom in lower level and our special Games hall. Ton of Board games, books library, ping pong table, Pool Table, Foosball etc to name a few.

Minimum 7 nights rental required.

We are a fun loving family with kids and built this modern cottage keeping fun & convenience in mind. If it makes sense to us and our kids for our vacation, then it should be the same for our valued guests.
Why they chose this property
Bay lake is an established vacation spot for last 30 years or so. Just getting more popular each year. Summers get usually booked by late winters and early springs and gets sold out every year. The is just amazing place to walk on trail with lake on one side and mountain forest cover on the other. Quiet and peaceful but still in comfort zone.
What makes this property unique
Beach and swim area is awesome as we are on a unique bay area. Boats and other watercraft go on the other side as our area is wake protected. New modern cottages are seldom built close to water but we are (with special approvals so that guest can enjoy the lake views right from their bedroom and deck. We are a very premium luxury cottage on the lake without any doubt.
