Silver Views Beach House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Just a few hundred meters to the beach via a sand track from the end of the court. No roads to cross. The beach gently slopes into the water ideal for all ages. There are great walks, Bike riding, paddle boarding and many more things to do.
Comes with 3 bikes and 3 paddle boards.

The space
The house offers a great relaxed environment with two spacious family rooms with seating for 12 people, the upstairs deck has dining for 12 people & a BBQ and lounge areas.
4 Bedrooms = 1 King, 2 Queen & a kids Bunk room.
This could accommodate 1 large family or 2 couples with kids.
It's a short drive to Cowes (5 kms) with great restaurants bars and attractions or you can stay home as the kitchen is amply equipped to feed the family.
There are 4 TVs one upstairs with internet/streaming capability (BYO Netflix or alike) another in the master bedroom and another in the downstairs TV room both with crome-cast and one in the bunk room with an Xbox (BYO Games/ Account).
The house has WIFI, a wood-burning heater, Air Conditioning, Bikes and Paddle Boards.
All bedding is provided.
