Come and relax after a day of fun or work in this beautiful cottage underneath the Grand Oaks trees.
The living room and all bedrooms feature Roku smart TVs- Watch live TV or sign into your favorite streaming apps! All bedrooms have their own TV, so couples and children can each watch their favorite shows at the same time.
Enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in one of our two larger bedrooms both with a super comfy luxury hotel quality KING beds and USB ports in both bedside lamps to charge all of your devices.
The 3rd bedroom features two twin mattresses, charging ports and closet space!
In the bathrooms we supply plush towels and luxury brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to get you started.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals and we also supply a coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, and tea! The luxury dining table can seat 6 and 2 stools at the Peninsula bar.
Heading into the fully fenced and private backyard there is an easy start firepit with 6 chairs, string lights hung above ready to enjoy the beautiful low country nights! Grill on the gas barbeque or make smores on by the fire. The young and young at heart will enjoy games and outdoor Corn Hole.
The front room has a designated work area with a desk and lamp. (should you need to do some work during your stay).
It is just a quick cruise over to Park Circle restaurants and bars like Basil Thai, Tattooed Moose, DIG in the Park, Commonhouse Aleworks, Stems and Skins Wine Bar, LOLAs seafood and many more!
This central location is convenient to Charleston’s many attractions, beaches, historic landmarks, and Coliseum events.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
Please note: there is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in and around the property. Smoking should only occur off property, away from the doors and the windows.

This is a smaller home and is only set up for 6 guests to be comfortably accommodated. Towels, linens, and other amenities are set up for 6 guests max.
Additional guests not disclosed in the original booking can result an additional nightly fee of $100 per additional person. Overnight guests totaling over 7 can be asked to vacate or the host can choose to allow the guest to stay for a nightly fee.
Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.
