NEWLY UPDATED! Welcome to family vacationing at its finest! This fantastic seven-bedroom, four-bath home sits directly on the Gulf. With more than 4,500 square feet, this home offers a bounty of space for the entire family to spread out and relax.

The beautiful brick foyer leads up to the main living area: an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, large flat screen TV, panoramic windows, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the view, including a sleeper sofa. The large, eat-in galley style kitchen has lots of prep area, two full-size refrigerators, breakfast bar and kitchen table. The exceptionally spacious dining room will seat 18 comfortably. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located off the kitchen and share a hall bath. Bedroom 1 offers two full beds, TV and Gulf views. Bedroom 2 has one king bed and large TV. There is also a laundry room with sink on this side of the house.

Located on the opposite side of the living room, the master suite offers a king bed, a twin-sized sleeper sofa, private bath with over-sized shower and garden tub plus beautiful Gulf views. The top floor of the home features a loft area with sleeper sofa and a twin-sized ottoman pullout overlooking the living area. Four more bedrooms are located on this level. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds, TV, Gulf views and a full bath that also opens onto the hall. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with two sets of full over full bunk beds, one with a twin trundle, and a large TV. Bedroom 6 has two queen beds, TV and a twin-sized ottoman pullout. Bedroom 7 has a queen bed, a full daybed with twin trundle, large TV and Gulf views. All three of these bedrooms share a hall bath.

Other amenities include the Gulf side deck area with a grill, Adirondack chairs and a large outdoor dining table. There is plenty of covered parking, an outdoor shower and a fenced in beach area that is perfect for dogs (approved breeds only). This home is ideal for large families who enjoy vacationing together.

The views of the beach from the house were beautiful. The bunk room was perfect for our teenage grandsons. The bedrooms with 2 beds were perfect for moms and dads with small children. It was a short walk to ride the trolley and tour Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with any items needed to cook family meals. It was very clean and and well-maintained. The pictures and descriptions of the home are accurate. Lots of great memories were made in this beautiful home.

Fantastic property and location
We loved the space and number of beds this property provided. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach. We loved the big windows and views. We wish that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas would have been provided, but we worked it out. Overall, we were happy and do recommend the property for large families (we were two whole families with mostly adults and four small children).

We got married on the beach in front of the house, then had a little reception under. The house was very accommodating for all my guest, if i had to say one negative thing is that they didn't have a bathroom downstairs. Guests had to go upstairs through the house to use the restroom. Other than that it was amazing, thank you for sharing your home it was and always will be a special part of our wedding story.

We had 9 grandkids ranging from 11 months old to 7 years old with us. Being able to go back and forth between the house and the beach was great! If you bring young children be sure to bring several baby gates. Stairs were the biggest issue. Loved the huge dining room table for our large family of 19. The upstairs deck had a secured gate which was helpful.

Great Beach House
This beach house was everything you could expect. Nice & clean when we arrived and lots of space along with a GREAT beach that was not crowded. Few little things came up during the stay that the rental company jumped right on and took care of. The worst part was checking in at 5pm in a long hot line outside as everyone was doing the same. Watch for messages on your phone for early check in and get there early just in case to beat the lines. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group.
