Enjoy a summer vacation off grid and away from it all. Property is a full acre with some old growth trees and private waterfront. Enjoy the private dock for swimming or kayaking around Blind Bay. Solar system provides ample power with 3000w inverter and backup generator. Cabin is on a septic system with flush toliet, large walk in shower and on-demand hot water. Propane cooktop, outdoor grill and electric fridge make preparing meals easy a breeze. Arrive in your own boat or take a 10 minute ride on a water taxi from the Government dock in Saltery Bay.

Tracy and Adrian grew up in BC and developed the property from raw land over the last 30 years. Prior to moving to Powell River in 2020 they worked behind the scenes in the entertainment industry in Vancouver. They enjoy haring their Island retreat with others who love a relaxed getaway in a private but accessible location.
