Breakers West is a fairly small development with only 18 units in the complex nestled among palm trees and hibiscus on beautifully manicured grounds. It is located beach side of West Gulf Drive, only 100 yards from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Its limited number of units and location contributes to an uncrowded and relaxing vacation. The complex offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and is conveniently located to the bike paths of Sanibel. Please note: ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT included with each rental and no trailers, RV or boat parking allowed on site. There is guest parking available for day visitor but no overnight parking. An outdoor shower and bike rack are available for you to use. The third floor is accessible by elevator or stairs and offers a large open sundeck perfect to enjoy the beautiful Sanibel sunsets and lounge with friends or family. (Currently the elevators are not operational. Anticipated date for elevators is July/August 2024).  With only 4 units on this top floor it is fairly quiet and provides ease of mind with no noise above you. The non-smoking condo offers over 1000 sq. ft. of living space with two bedrooms and two full baths, a private screened lanai, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-condo laundry room with brand new full size washer and dryer. The owner provides a starter supply of guest amenities for each stay, beach chairs, beach towels, a hair dryer in each bathroom and complimentary Wi-Fi for guest use. The fully equipped kitchen also offers a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The living room features a flat screen TV and plenty of books and games to enjoy on your vacation. From the living room you can walk out to the screened-in patio where you can sit, relax and enjoy the warm Florida breezes. This unit will rent for less than a week in the off season, call for a nightly rate - 4 night minimum.
