From a tent camp he added accommodation, expanded Hot Pools, RV Area, Golfing, and Skiing which grew into what vou see today. Others have expanded his original developments around the Valley which have resulted the Valley becoming the major Destination Recreation Area. The home was designed and located to have view of the Majestic Rocky Peaks of the Fairmont Range while walking out the door on to the #1 tee boxes on 2 Golf Courses.
