Welcome to your urban getaway in the heart of Brisbane! This elegant 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 park apartment in Bowen Hills offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking river views that will leave you speechless.
The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a tastefully decorated living area, bathed in natural light from the large windows that frame the stunning river panorama. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it an ideal space to relax and entertain.
Guest access
Guests will be the sole occupants of the apartment. Guests also have use of shared pool, gym and entertainment rooftop terrace.
Other things to note
Please note this is strictly a no party house, failure to adhere to this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. There is no parking, however there is paid street parking on the surrounding streets.
Loss of keys will result in a charge of $175.
Lockout fee $100 - we don't live on site and will require for us to come out to you.
Absolutely no smoking in the unit, a cleaning fee of $250 will apply.
Unauthorized late checkout without any prior arrangements will be charged at $50/hour.
Excessive cleaning will result in a fee of $150.
