Black Rock Ridge 14202 is a pristine, updated mountain home with tons of space and lots of extra amenities. Family groups will love the 2200 square feet, multiple living areas, and large, private garage that makes it so easy to spread out yet still stay close together.

The main level of Black Rock Ridge 14202 consists of an open, inviting LIVING AREA and spacious KITCHEN. In the living space, soothing neutral furnishings surround the modern corner fireplace. Above the cozy flames, there’s a 55-inch HDTV that’s perfect for watching the game or a favorite family movie.

Next to the living area, a formal DINING TABLE has plenty of seating for everyone, while a casual peninsula bar with seating for four leads into the kitchen. The chef in your group will adore this space, where glossy white quartz countertops sit atop gorgeous, custom wood cabinetry. The premier appliance suite includes a huge stainless steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, a luxe gas range, and a microwave. The chef-inspired design is finished off with a chic tile backsplash.

Also on this floor, you’ll find two private bedrooms. The first is the PRIMARY SUITE, which features an elegant king-size bed, an HDTV, and glass doors leading outside to the back patio. The PRIMARY ENSUITE BATHROOM includes a unique custom floor plan with a glass-enclosed shower, a dual vanity with quartz countertops, a huge walk-in closet with specially made shelving and drawers, and a separate toilet closet with a door— all on a luxurious heated floor. The second BEDROOM is an office space with a desk and a queen-sized Murphy bed that easily folds away.

Downstairs, the SECONDARY LIVING SPACE is a comfortable spot for your whole crew to spread out and relax, with lots of room on the sectional sofa or bean bag chairs, all facing the gigantic 75-inch HDTV. Outside on the back PATIO, there’s plenty of space to kick back with a hot chocolate or your favorite cocktail at the end of the day. A center table doubles as a fire pit, which keeps everyone comfy on chilly evenings and also makes it easy to roast marshmallows with the kids. This lower level also boasts a THIRD BEDROOM with a king-size bed and another FULL BATHROOM.
