The property seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces and features an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a stunning northeast aspect. Throw open the doors to the verandah, where you can witness early morning sunrises, the memorizing fountain over the spring-fed dam, observe wallabies in their natural habitat, and even catch a glimpse of migrating whales from May to November.

For the ultimate entertainment experience, head to the dedicated media room and you’ll find a spacious modular lounge suite, with a cinematic size Smart TV.

On the south side, an impressive al fresco dining area includes a well-equipped galley-style kitchen opening to a covered outdoor entertaining area.
