Ocean Retreat enjoys one of the most enviable locations in all of Dunsborough, situated just a stone's throw from both the beach and town. Tucked down a small no through road, and backing onto Melaleuca Park (a small nature reserve), guests can enjoy an almost rural level of privacy and tranquillity, without needing to hop in the car once.
This two storey home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is equipped to sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom and second bedroom each has a king bed, bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 king singles each, bedroom 4 also includes two trundles, which can be pulled out and made up upon request. All quality linen is provided for your stay.
This house is thoughtfully designed with the whole family in mind, with the ground floor kitted out to keep kids and teens very well entertained, and the first floor styled as a complete parent's retreat.

The spacious ground floor features an entry hallway leading into the open plan kitchen, dining and main lounge area, perfect for quality family and friend time. The comfortable main lounge has a smart TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning. The dining area leads straight out to the al fresco dining deck and BBQ, tucked down the front side of the house. There is a second lounge with a couch and TV, so no fighting over the remote on this holiday! Three of the bedrooms are located on this floor, as well as the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate WC. Look no further for entertainment, thanks to a dedicated pool table room and a garage that has been repurposed into a games room with table tennis table, lounge and TV with DVD player.
Upstairs is an ideal haven for parents or grandparents looking for a bit of extra space, as it has been designed as a suite. The master bedroom features a TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and an en suite bathroom (with shower, vanity & WC), leading onto a lounge and kitchenette area. To top it off, it has its own balcony, complete with al fresco dining.
Burn off any extra energy shooting some hoops in the large, enclosed driveway, or take the two kayaks over to the neighbouring beach for a paddle and explore - the peaceful waters of Geographe Bay await!

What's Included?
All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.

During winter months, we provide some complimentary wood, kindling, matches and fire lighters for houses with indoor fire places. Guests requiring more wood for their stay - or wishing to use the fire outside of winter months - will need to purchase their own, available at local service stations and hardware stores.

We do not supply wood for fire pits (where applicable), guests must supply their own and check before lighting any outdoor fires in case of a Total Fire Ban. No outdoor fires are permitted between 1 December to 28 February every year, subject to change at any time – please consult the DFES website before lighting any fires outdoors (this does not apply to gas BBQs/pizza ovens).
