Only moments from the University of NSW, The Royal Hospital for Women, green parks and dozens of cafes and restaurants, you’ll be situated on Anzac Parade with public transport taking you into the city in just 10 minutes.
Modern convenience meets functional design in this open and airy Kingsford apartment. The main living area boasts a flat screen TV, reading chair, ceiling fan and comfortable L-shaped couch that doubles as a sofa bed for two additional guests upon request. Open living flows seamlessly to the sunny balcony, where you can enjoy a quiet read in the afternoon.

Whip up a home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including the convenience of a dishwasher, and eat together at home on the timber dining table.

Upstairs, two bedrooms are replete with plush queen beds. The second bedroom is loft-type with an open wall and offers a laptop-friendly workspace equipped with an ergonomic chair. The modern main bathroom has sleek black tiling, a walk-in shower, toilet, basin, and complimentary toiletries to get you started. The apartment also comes with a powder room downstairs for your convenience.

Great location in relation to SCG, Randwick racecourse and the airport. Light rail straight outside. Facilities were good but no air-conditioning. Comfortable beds, good hot water, and overall a good place for family.
