343 Coghlan Rd Silverleaves

There is a large back yard with plenty of room to play back yard cricket, an outdoor heated shower and an inviting undercover outdoor area to BBQ with friends and family.

Free Wifi available. Plenty of parking and room to park your boat, within the property gates. There are plenty of board games and children's books as well as an undercover table tennis table for the kids (and big kids). Ride around friendly Silverleaves with the bikes available for use and cuddle up next to the wood fire on those frosty winter nights. Located within easy walking distance (or 5 minute drive) to Cowes main street for the shops and restaurants.

Downstairs is the bright and sunny Living, Kitchen and Dining area with ceiling fans, reverse cycle aircon and the wood fire. Walk out to the deck featuring an outdoor table and BBQ with lovely views of the garden. Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and stove top with plenty of bench space and bench seats. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed with pedestal fan and a bunk room (single bed on bottom and top) perfect for the kids. A laundry with washer and dryer and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs is the main bedroom with queen bed, reverse cycle aircon and lovely little balcony to enjoy. There is a telescope to star gaze and study nook, monitor and printer if you need to check in to work while you are away. The main bathroom with bath and shower combined and the fourth bedroom with a Tri bunk (double bed on the bottom single bed on top) and reverse cycle aircon
