Loud and low quality
It was impossible to sleep with the trains and sirens. The bathroom was falling apart and the lifts in the building were broken meaning I had to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs. The carpets were coming off. A man walked into my room without knocking 4 hours outside of the linen change window which is terrifying and unacceptable

Great Apartment - poor resolution of problems
The apartment is comfy and spacious and was in a great location. Bit noisy with trains and trams but I expected that due to its location. 3 problems notified to host morning after I arrived (evening arrival) 1. Bedside lamps not working 2. bathroom tap very loose 3. a/c not working. It was 5 days before someone came out to fix the tap, I bought bulb myself to get lamp working and a/c never ever did get fixed. Temp was in 20s during the night and it was not comfortable as the apartment was very warm and stuffy. Extremely disappointed that I paid extra to ensure the apartment had a/c and it took 5 days to get someone out to tell me it was not working, which I knew, and that the issue was not resolved at all during my stay.
