Lucaya Village Resort is a gated, resort-style community that features first-class facilities and amenities including: a great clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, kids’ games and entertainment saloon, a fitness center, and a resort-style community pool/spa. The resort is located on US 192. giving it easy access to major highways, such as Hwy. 429, Osceola Pkwy. and US 27. Guests have a short driving distance to the attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, museums, and nature trails, among other entertainment options.

In addition to the amenities of this resort-style community, the two-story townhome features seamless accommodation for up to 10 guests within its 4 bedrooms. Gorgeously decorated open-plan with living-dining room and a full- equipped kitchen that highlights the main floor. The accommodation consists of the master bedroom with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom in the main level, and three other bedrooms in the upper level. One with a KingSize bed, another with two FullSize beds and the other with two TwinSize beds. In the hallway there is the second full-bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub. There is a washer/dryer area in this second floor.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed two days before your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded within three business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. - Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount.
