Séjour Sur Juan les Pins
Séjour conforme à l'annonce. Résidence calme et arborée. La proximité des immeubles ne gênent pas. Bonne orientation. Proche du bord de mer, des commerces, (Centre commercial, besoin d'une voiture). Proximité de la gare pour visiter d'autres villes. Vieille Antibes faisable à pieds. Seul bémol. Le balcon est grand. Il manquait de transat pour en profiter plutôt que de chaise en plastique. (Je suis HP) Le séjour fût très agréable. A refaire.

Very enjoyable stay of 8 days. Past my initial shock of moving into this, seemingly typical for the area, barren clean apartment, with only one set of keys, no bedding/towels included in the price, and absolutely zero incidentals (such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, kitchen towel, dish detergent etc.), I got to love this apartment. It's location is far enough from beach noise and close enough to all supermarkets. Parking is secure and on-site.

Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans cet appartement situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme.Le balcon a une belle vue sur le jardin. Le contact avec le propriétaire et l'agence de location a été professionnel, amical et fluide. L'appartement est tel que décrit et présenté sur les photos. Le parking privé (se garer dans la rue aurait été plutôt difficile) et la proximité de la plage et des restaurants (5 minutes à pied) sont particulièrement avantageux. Il convient également de souligner qu'il y a suffisamment d'espace et d'espace de rangement - également dans la grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Peut-être une autre fois lorsque nous voyagerons à nouveau sur la Côte d'Azur. :-)

L'appartamento è grande, completo davvero di tutto e vicinissimo al centro e al mare che si raggiunge in nemmeno cinque minuti a piedi. Particolarmente rilevanti sono il silenzio della zona in cui é immerso e il lungo balcone che si affaccia su un giardino interno condominiale. Da segnalare l'estrema gentilezza del proprietario nella fase di prenotazione e la disponibilità di Mme Maryse che ci ha accolto nell'appartamento. Giudizio in sintesi: molto positivo.

JOLIES VACANCES
BEL ENDROIT POUR DEUX SEMAINES DE VACANCES. L'accueil était bien et chaleureux. L'appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Ce dernier situé dans un lotissement fermé, est paisible et procure sécurité. Bien situé, nous avons pu fréquenter la plage tous les jours en y allant à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et y retournerons dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Très calme, spacieux, cuisine bien amenagée, parking privé, , TV de qualité, lumineux. Dommage que beacoup d'attractions touristiques étaient fermé dans cette periode. Très apprecié.

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement, spacieux, clair, au calme, avec une belle vue sur un petit parc et sur les collines de Vallauris.Il possède un grand balcon qui permet de prendre ses repas et de se reposer. Il est très bien situé à proximité, de la plage (à peine 3 mn à pied) , du centre de Juan les Pins, et d'un super marché à 300 m. Nous avons été particulièrement sensibles par la disponibilité du propriétaire et par celle de la personne chargée de l'accueil pour répondre à nos interrogations.

Appartement impeccable, correspondant en tous points à la description : très propre, moderne, refait à neuf, bien situé, très calme, très clair. Bel appartement calme et lumineux
C'est l'appartement idéal silencieux, lumineux, situé proche de tout (magasins, ville et mer) sans en avoir les inconvénients. Il est facile à trouver, propre les conseils étaient judicieux et Mme Maryse nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Je le conseillerais volontiers à mes connaissances. Nous avons beaucoup visité cette belle région de préférence aux attractions, les restaurants sympa et délicieux. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir une autre année.

"Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre location dans cet appartement calme, spacieux (cuisine américaine) , refait à neuf et très lumineux doté une grande terrasse. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage (et l''embarcadère pour les îles de Lérins), des axes de communication permettant de découvrir la région vers Cannes ou Nice. A conseiller vraiment !"
