Located in the vibrant heart of St Kilda, you’ll be within easy reach of local dining, entertainment, and shopping options. With an open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen, you and your group will feel right at home.

Fuss-free interiors welcome you to this relaxed, refurbished apartment in an older-style building. Set right in front of the famous St Kilda Beach and close to all the fun and food, you'll be a hop and a skip away from playing in the sand, listening to live music or getting your foodie fix at one of the many eateries in the area.

The apartment features a spacious, open floor plan that provides ample room to relax. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space and invite the sea breeze in, helping to cool the unit during the summer. Additionally, central air conditioning is available throughout the apartment for those humid summer days.

A spacious L-shape sofa is great for movie nights and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need including modern appliances, a dishwasher, oven and island bar seating. A six-person dining table overlooking the beach is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine. Please note the couch has blue stains on it from being steam cleaned.

Through the artwork-filled hallway, you will find three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. The primary bedroom has a king-size, four-post bed and ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms come with queen-size beds. The ensuite is decked in marble and boasts a spacious shower, while the second bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower so you can wash up sandy toddlers after a day at the beach. You'll also find a third toilet for added convenience.

Paid parking via the PayStay app is available across the street from the apartment.

The apartment is located in an older-style building which is a bit run down. Most of our guests have enjoyed the apartment, especially its location. If you're after a pristine place to stay then this place isn't for you.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Australian Women's Keelboat Regatta Stay
Loved the property: excellent location for us sailing out of RMYS and close to so many restaurants. Apartment is bright, airy, with many amenities. FYI, small things that need attention: main bedroom - the bed is very squeeky, even to sit on. The ensuite could have been cleaner, and, importantly all the double plugs are either coming off the wall and switches not working. Request a hand towel per person. Kitchen - there is a lovely coffee machine but no instructions on how to use it. Would we stay there again, ABSOLUTELY. 4.5 stars.

The property is right over the road from the sea at St Kilda and has brilliant views from the living room of the bay. It would be very comfortable for a group of six staying. It was very safe with an electronic keypad for entry, although I did wonder what would happen in a powercut. It is easy walking distance to the attractions of St Kilda and surrounding areas and you can get the tram into the city from a 5-minute walk. I felt lucky that the cleaner was just finishing when I arrived so helped my with my bags - there are quite a few stairs and no lift. Would have been nice to have been warned about that in the details. When travelling solo this is an important factor. Overall, I had a lovely stay.

The property was across the busy street from the beach, where the traffic noise is steady, and the windows are only single pane. The condo was an entire upper floor of the building, which was nice for living space. Everything within the condo was functional. There is a walking path beside the beach, and it is a very short walk to Akland street. The property is quite old and requires a good cleaning, a paint & wall touchup, and additional cooking items. There is a washing machine, but no dryer, which wasn’t a big deal because there was a small clothes rack to put the clothes onto for drying. There is a single parking space at the rear garage of the building which is extremely tight even for a small car, and the driveway to the garage was also extremely tight. There is only 1 key provided to access the condo. It would have been nice to have 2 keys provided.

St Kilda Beach Stay
Whilst it is one of the best locations in St Kilda with a great view of the bay the apartment is in a ‘rundown block of circa 60’s flats’. Many discrepancies with the description of the property. Only 1 large living area. No dryer nor clothes drying rack. 2 sinks in the kitchen 1 inoperable, many of the power points not working and dangerously pulling away from the wall. Only 5 wine glasses, lockbox rusty and difficult to open. Although advised 2 sets of keys these were not available until we expressed our displeasure and then ‘became available’. One of the beds squeaks horribly. Also no response after 2 requests of the owner after vacating. It’s certainly not ‘luxury’ and unfortunately as regular travelers to Melbourne, we would not stay again openglassses.
