You'll be opposite Narrandjeri Stadium and the local Soccer Pavilion, and a 15-minute stroll from Fairfield's dining and shopping. Secure parking, a dedicated workspace and kid's play zone, plus split-system heating and cooling add to your overall comfort.
Situated in a quiet, gated community, this open plan, corner apartment is drenched in natural light, featuring a cosy living area with a leather couch, colourful armchairs and a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus. Make your way out onto the large balcony and enjoy a glass of wine while the kids make use of the ample toys provided in the designated play area. The modern kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal at home, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar or meals together around the dining table, with a high chair provided upon request.
The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, toddler cot, heating and cooling and an attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double bed, while the third bedroom has a double sofa bed permanently made up, along with a window-facing dedicated workspace and collection of reading materials to make story time fun for the kids. The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and there are in-unit laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron and drying rack for clothing.
