With city views and the sea beyond, this modern studio is located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise combining a prime location with a hotel-style suite. Footsteps from the Esplanade and Surfers Beach, you’ll be surrounded by shops, bustling nightlife, chic cafes and renowned restaurants. Spend your days on the sunny terrace with swim spas, finish off the evening on your balcony with a glass of wine, and sleep easy with plush queen beds, air-conditioning, and black-out curtains.
This centrally located studio is only a five-minute walk to Surfers Paradise Beach and have access to a shared terrace with a day spa, outdoor dining areas, and a restaurant onsite.

The studio offers two queen beds topped with hotel-quality linen, and is professionally cleaned after each day. A flat-screen, mounted TV allows for easy viewing as you kick back after a day of exploring, while ducted air-conditioning provides a comfortable stay year-round. Start your mornings slow with coffee on the private balcony overlooking the sea beyond the complex before heading out for a surf.

A kitchenette offers wine glasses, mugs, a mini fridge, hot water kettle and toaster to whip up a quick breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available in the building. The spacious marble bathroom offers a full-sized bathtub with shower, vanity, wall-to-wall window and toilet, while complimentary consumables such as shampoo, body soap and lotion are also available to get you started.

Free street parking is available from 7pm to 9am, and there is also a shuttle bus to and from the airport that stops right outside the complex. The main swimming pool, gym, and tennis court are unfortunately not for guest use.
