Welcome to Allure Villa #22, a serene and stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront retreat located in the quiet Tropical Gardens neighbourhood of George Town. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, luxury, and convenience, this two-storey villa offers a bright and airy living space, tasteful interior touches, and sweeping views of the North Sound.
Interior Features:
On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with abundant natural light and comfortable furnishings, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features Bosch appliances, a full-size built-in refrigerator, a five-burner stovetop, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, microwave, blender, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing meals for the family or simply enjoying your morning coffee, you’ll feel right at home.
Accommodation:
The villa accommodates up to six guests. The second-floor master suite spans the entire upper level, offering a king-size bed, oceanfront balcony, private sitting area, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and partial ocean views is located on the main floor, along with a third bedroom featuring two double beds and its own full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Every bedroom is equipped with Smart TVS, Sonos sound systems, and ceiling fans. The home also features central A/C, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to a private patio with outdoor seating and pool views.
Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters are provided. Home essentials include shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, face tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens, and beach towels are also included for guest use.

Guests of Allure #22 have access to the waterfront community swimming pool, shared with a small number of other units, creating a quiet and relaxed environment. The villa is also stocked with pool toys, games, and beach chairs for your convenience.
Convenient Location:
Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport, the villa is also within five minutes of George Town’s restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Seven Mile Beach is just a 10–15 minute drive away. Public transportation is available within walking distance, and rental cars are recommended for maximum flexibility.
Nearby attractions include the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, Pedro St. James Castle, and charming roadside vendors and local art studios. For dining, enjoy nearby favourites like George Town Yacht Club, The Brasserie, and Cayman Cabana, or take advantage of in-home chef services arranged through our concierge team.
Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster’s, Hurleys and Kirk Market are nearby. Note: Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants/gas stations remain open. Some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays.
