Why they chose this property

Cooks Beach is a fantastic area within the Coromandel Peninsula. We love the beautiful ocean and beaches and how close we are to some of the greatest things the Coromandel has to offer like Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove. One hidden gem of our area is the Purangi Estuary, its is a great place to to spend the afternoon swimming, relaxing and picnicking.

What makes this property unique

There are a few things that really make our property shine. One is our proximity to the ocean, sitting just one house back from the beach. Another is the hot tub and and access to the kayaks, SUPs, and other beach items.
