Discover both units of our duplex in East Memphis! It has an upstairs and downstairs unit; combined, they have three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms accommodating up to 12 guests. Our duplex is fully furnished, has a fully-equipped kitchen in each unit, and is minutes from Midtown and the University of Memphis. This place is perfect for those traveling in a large group looking for a peaceful, homey getaway with easy access to everything! Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Right Unit:
You are staying in the unit with the door on the right side of the duplex. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will see a relaxing living room with SmartTV and a sofa bed. Walk on the right side, and you will reach the dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The laundry room has an access door going to the backyard. There is a hallway near the kitchen leading to the bedroom and bathroom.
Outside, a charcoal grill is available for use.

Left Unit:
You are staying in the unit with the door on the left side of the building. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you reach upstairs, there is a bedroom on the left and a comfortable living room on the right with a sofa bed, a SmartTV, and access to the porch. Off the living room is another bedroom with a bathroom. Walk on the left, and you will find the dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.
A charcoal grill is available for use.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This house is in close proximity from Lamar Avenue Highway. With a very convenient location and near supermarkets, shopping centers, and schools! Only a few minutes away from Christian Brothers University, Glenview Community Center, and Mc Lemore Market!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
